Forensic Psychology or Legal Assessments
Comprehensive Assessment for court purposes can be relatively time-consuming, in that there is a need for extended interviews, personality assessments and, at times, cognitive assessments. Different reports in different jurisdictions have different requirements, therefore, there is no standard Schedule of Fees.
If you are requiring a family court assessment, please complete a request for single expert form (below) and a quote will be provided on application. For all other matters please contact us with your request so that we can give a reasonable estimate once we know exactly what is required.

The rate will vary depending on the complexity, please contact us to discuss your needs. For Family Court assessments, please complete a Request for Single Expert Form and email it to [email protected]. A quote will be provided upon return of the form.
Please note that legal assessments are not exempt from GST. The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends that psychologists charge 1.5 times the scheduled fee to appear at court as an expert witness.
