You only need to press 'submit' once. Due to issues with our service provider the confirmation message is not rendering properly when the form is submitted. This does not affect our ability to receive forms - We are still getting all forms sent.
Trouble contacting us?
If you are having issues contacting us (or with another online service such as the client portal), you can find the status of our systems below. Please remember that:
- if you have sent an email, Mindstate Psychology endeavours to reply to emails within 2 business days (this excludes public holidays). If you have not received a reply by this time, please check your junk folder first.
- Our reception is open from 9.15am and 4.30pm. If you call and the phone is unattended, you can leave a voicemail and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. If it is after hours, you can still leave a voicemail.
